Ben was born in Pontiac, Michigan, in 2002 and spent over a decade growing up in the Great Lakes State. As the son of Steve Berges, author of the renowned book The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartment Buildings, Ben was introduced early to the world of real estate and investment. In 2013, he moved with his family to Texas, where he graduated high school in 2020. After attending Texas A&M University for two years, Ben decided to pursue his passion by earning his real estate license and contributing to multiple investment projects with Berges Investment Group. In addition to his real estate ventures, he has worked extensively at Summer Breeze USA RV Resorts, gaining experience in marketing, accounting, sales, and even maintenance. Ben married the love of his life, Elandri, in 2024, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in his journey.
